| Austpac has consolidated a 1.0 hectare site within a State Government controlled Priority Development Zone in Hopkins Street, Footscray. Austpac is working collaboratively with Local and State Government agencies to deliver what augers to be one of Melbourne’s most significant and exciting urban renewal precincts. Situated on the Maribyrnong River, adjacent to Footscray’s Central Activity District and within four kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD, Austpac aim to deliver a major mixed use development encapsulating a diversity of uses including retail, office and residential accommodation with activated streetscapes and parklands to showcase world class regeneration and exemplar places to live, work and recreate. |
