Bill has 35 years experience in asset development and management, including public companies, joint ventures, syndicates and listed trusts across Australia and the West Coast of America. Prior to forming Austpac he was a director and general manager of the Alter Family group of companies, with responsibility for the group’s significant portfolio of property and investments.

Andrew has long been a vocal proponent of making the way property assets are managed on behalf of investors more open, transparent and fair. In particular, that fairness centres around the link between the way investment funds are structured, customers are rewarded for investing and fund managers are remunerated.

His skills and experience are ensuring that Austpac Funds Management takes the lead in this by creating a new style of property investment that places the interest of customers where it should be: first in line.

Andrew is an accomplished senior business and finance executive with a track record of success in managing property and business development projects for national and global businesses. He is experienced at initiating and managing private capital raisings, deal structuring, acquisitions and divestments and has an excellent understanding of Australian property, Australian and international tax, corporate and business law. Before joining Austpac, Andrew was a partner at Deloitte Touch Tohmatsu, and managing director of Key Capital Limited.

Responsibilities include the efficient running of the Austpac Funds Management business, the performance of managed investment funds, compliance with all corporate and managed investment regulatory statutes, and investor service and communication.

Christine brings over 20 years experience in investment management and recovery, property and mortgage trust portfolio management, strategic asset planning, investment analysis and research, project development, acquisitions and divestments.

Her career experience in property and funds management includes NSW Government, Australia Post, Global Funds Management, National Mutual, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Brick Securities, Permanent Trustee Company and the former State Bank of Victoria.

Craig provides a depth of knowledge and experience in the governance of Austpac Funds Management. He has 25 years experience in land and property apartment development in Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales. His expertise includes corporate governance, risk analysis, and project auditing, environmental responsibilities and statutory requirements. He is a former Executive Director of Sunland Group (Listed Company ASX 200) and was a member of the group’s audit committee.
