Bill has a genuine and deeply felt conviction to change the property category.  In an era where property development and management is often criticised, Bill established the Austpac group of companies to ensure that Austpac offers a more open and generous alternative that is rewarding for everyone touched by their interaction with the Austpac businesses.

Bill has 35 years experience in asset development and management, including public companies, joint ventures, syndicates and listed trusts across Australia and the West Cost of America.  Prior to forming Austpac he was a director and general manager of the Alter Family group of companies, with responsibility for the group’s significant portfolio of property and investments.

Andy is responsible for the prudent financial management of the Austpac group of companies. He has more than 20 years experience in financial management, including complex financial reporting, preparation of statutory accounts, budgets and forecasts across a range of industries in Australia and South East Asia.

In addition to his financial experience, Andy has also project managed and been responsible for the operational delivery of large programs for Small Business Victoria and the Melbourne Commonwealth Games Corporation.
